Since 2007

Saltare means 'to dance' in Latin, a name that embodies movement, grace, and simplicity. We seek to express delicate clarity and natural liveliness in Cap Classique wines of consistently high quality. 

Each year we carefully select the healthiest grapes from seven different vineyards across the Western Cape and bring them to our cellar near Stellenbosch where award-winning winemaker Carla Pauw applies her art. Our vineyards tell a unique story about the hands that tend and keep them.
